With regret, I have to tell you that due to company’s downsizing, your contract will have to be terminated. The leave date will be April 30.

This downsize is being made companywide and will affect about 200 salaried employees. Six to nine will be dismissed in Beijing branch. When deciding whom to let go, performance was the primary consideration factor. Nevertheless, the board has determined that certain positions will be affected more than others.
